From 2026, Cyprus applies a corporate income tax rate of 15 % – with the IP box, the effective burden falls to as little as 3 %. The actual burden depends on the structure, economic substance and personal situation.

What does non-dom status mean?

Non-domiciled status can exempt certain income – including dividends and interest – from the Special Defence Contribution (SDC) for a defined period. We assess the requirements together with the authorised partners.
